1. Order Cancellation by Customer

Customers may cancel the order before it is shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

2. Cancellation by Dhiya Mart

We reserve the right to cancel an order in cases of:

- Payment issues

- Product unavailability

- Invalid delivery address

3. Refund for Canceled Orders

If a prepaid order is canceled, the refund will be sent back to the original payment source within 5-7 business days.
