Work Process Overview:

1. Putty Application (Base Layer):

   • Apply 2 coats of Asian Paints White Cement-Based Putty

   • Smoothens the surface and covers undulations

   • Proper drying and surface curing to ensure long-lasting results

2. Sanding:

   • Machine or manual sanding after putty application

   • Prepares the surface for further coats and smooth texture finish

3. Acrylic Putty Application:

   • Apply 2 coats of Asian Paints Acrylic Wall Putty

   • Enhances finish uniformity and improves adhesion of top coats

   • Provides a superior base for primers and final paint

4. Primer Coating (Dual Type):

   • 2 coats of Water-Based Wall Primer

     • Penetrates the surface and locks the base

     • Ideal for walls exposed to moisture or interior humidity

   • 1 coat of Oil-Based Primer (after water primer is cured)

     • Acts as a sealer and base for Luster paint

     • Ensures high gloss and better bond with topcoat

5. Top Coat – Luster Finish:

   • 2 coats of Asian Paints Luster Enamel (Solvent-Based)

   • Provides a rich, semi-gloss, smooth and stain-resistant finish

   • Suitable for high-traffic interior areas like hallways, living rooms, etc.

Materials Used:

• Putty Base: Asian Paints Cement-Based Wall Putty – 2 coats

• Acrylic Putty: Asian Paints Acrylic Putty – 2 coats

• Primer:

  • Water-Based Primer – 2 coats

  • Oil-Based Primer – 1 coat

• Topcoat: Asian Paints Luster Enamel – 2 coats

Surface Type:

• Ideal for plastered interior walls and ceilings

• Suitable for both residential and commercial premium wall finishes

Optional Add-ons:

• Crack repair or damp-proofing (if required)

• Protective masking and post-work cleanup
