Mixing Ratio

• Base : Hardener = 4:1 (By Volume)

• Thinner Dilution = 25–35% (By Volume)

Step 1: Apply First Coat (White Sealer)

• Product: CWPU White Sealer (1st Coat)

• Mixing Ratio: 4:1 (Base:Hardener) + 25–35% CWPU Thinner

• Application Method: Spray

• Recoating Period: 6–8 hours

• Surface Preparation:

  • Sand the surface with 320 or 400 grit sandpaper.

  • Wipe clean thoroughly.

Step 2: Apply Second Coat (White Sealer)

• Product: CWPU White Sealer (2nd Coat)

• Mixing Ratio: 4:1 (Base:Hardener) + 25–35% CWPU Thinner

• Application Method: Spray

• Recoating Period: 6–8 hours

• Surface Preparation:

  • Sand again with 320 or 400 grit sandpaper.

  • Wipe clean.

  • (Optional) Apply a third coat if required.

  • Before applying the topcoat, sand the surface with 320/400 grit sandpaper and clean.

Step 3: Apply First Top Coat (White Gloss / Matt)

• Product: CWPU White Gloss / Matt (1st Coat)

• Mixing Ratio: 4:1 (Base:Hardener) + 25–35% CWPU Thinner

• Application Method: Spray

• Recoating Period: 6–8 hours

• Surface Preparation:

  • Sand lightly with 320 or 400 grit sandpaper and wipe clean.

Step 4: Apply Second Top Coat (White Gloss / Matt)

• Product: CWPU White Gloss / Matt (2nd Coat)

• Mixing Ratio: 4:1 (Base:Hardener) + 25–35% CWPU Thinner

• Application Method: Spray

• Recoating Period: 6–8 hours

Important Notes

• Maturation Time: After mixing Base + Hardener, allow 30 minutes for maturation before application.

• Recommended Sandpaper: 320 or 400 grit throughout the process.
